For the Restaurant Genval.Les.Bains - Martin's Château du Lac, we are looking for a Commis de Cuisine.
Facing Lake Genval, the authentic and inventive cuisine of the Genval Les Bains restaurant. Shrimp croquettes, beef tartare, foie gras, gyozas, pollack and oyster tartar... Belgian and European dishes are enhanced by a touch of modernity and exotic influences. Belgian chef Nicolas Mottart has thought of every detail. Passionate and meticulous, he has selected the best seasonal produce from the market. 3-course menu, children's menu, vegetarian alternatives... The creativity of the chef and his dishes are imbued with memories of his travels.

About the job
Managing mise en place and service in compliance with technical data sheets, procedures and hygiene standards.
You will be integrated into the brigade according to your skills.
Your profile
- You are dynamic, enthusiastic and punctual
- You are a team player
- You speak French
- You are flexible (direct and split shifts possible)
- You are a hotel school graduate and/or have 3 years' experience in the position.
