For our hotel Martin’s Brussels EU in Brussels, we're looking for a Chef de Partie.

With 100 rooms equipped with the best amenities, Martin's Brussels EU ensures a pleasant stay in the heart of the European district. Our rooms offer a cocoon where guests can relax after a long day of work or exploring with a spacious bathroom, king size bed and even a whirlpool bath.

About the job

As a Chef de Partie, your responsabilities include:

• Mise en place
• Preparing dishes
• Plate setting 
• Ensures strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards 
• Collaborates closely with the team to ensure efficient and high-quality service

Your profile

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie 
• You graduated from a hotel school or equivalent
• You are dynamic, flexible and punctual
• You are responsible, orderly, and have strong organizational skills
• You are able to work alone and as part of a team
• You have an eye for detail
• You are willing to work split shifts
