Receptionist

For hotel Martin's Agora, under Martin's Agora Hospitality SA, in Louvain-La-Neuve we are looking for a Receptionist m/f.

Martin's Louvain-la-Neuve is the first city resort of the Martin's Hotels family. The ideal establishment for a city trip in Louvain-La-Neuve with 108 rooms of approximately 20 m², the Martin's City Spa and its thermal baths, the cosy setting of the Di'Vino wine bar or the authentic cuisine of B'Comme and also the Apart-hotel with 102 suites (minimum 34 m²).

The fonction

Welcoming guests, check-in et check-out;
Giving information to guests;
Managing complaints;
Fulfilling specific requests;
Reservations of rooms;
Classifying invoices and other documents.

Your profile

You are hospitable, spontaneous and proactive;
You have team spirit;
You speak French, Dutch and English;
The knowledge of another language is a plus;
Knowledge of the Opera programme is a plus;
You have a similar (first) experience.
