After a successful career in famous restaurants and opening its own restaurant, Kevin Bonanno takes the lead of Akko's kitchen. His goal? To offer a pure and product-oriented cuisine, with the help of a dynamic team. To create the menu of 't Gasthuis, Kevin got his inspiration in the classic Flemish cuisine. The kitchen team cooks fresh dishes every day, with a homage to their grandmas' cuisine.
"The catering industry is blooming is Bilzen", tells Kevin Bonanno. "There is a lot of potential and in the past years numerous catering establishments opened. I was instantly convinced when they offered me to work there."
