Chef de Rang

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang for our Restaurant Curatio in  Gasthuis, the brand-new extension of Martin’s Klooster.

Your role

• You have experience in restaurant service

• You take on varied tasks: breakfast, bar, restaurant, event hall…
  Mostly you will work evening shift in an operational leading role.
  Reporting to the F&B Manager.
  No administration job.

• You have a basic knowledge of wines and beverages

• You deliver excellent and friendly service

Your profile

• You’re hospitable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

• You enjoy working in a team

• You speak fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus

• You have previous experience in a restaurant setting
