For hotel Martin's Agora, under Martin's Agora Hospitality SA, in Louvain-La-Neuve we are looking for a Technical employee (m/w) to strengthen its current team.
Martin's Louvain-la-Neuve is the first city resort of the Martin's Hotels family. The ideal establishment for a city trip in Louvain-La-Neuve with 108 rooms of approximately 20 m², the Martin's City Spa and its thermal baths, the cosy setting of the Di'Vino wine bar or the authentic cuisine of B'Comme and also the Apart-hotel with 102 suites (minimum 34 m²).
The fonction
Mission:
Under the supervision of the Technical Coordinator, as a Technical employee you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to maintaining and improving the infrastructure of Martin's Agora City Resort. Your main responsibilities will include taking charge of and managing technical interventions, monitoring external service providers, carrying out minor repair and/or renovation work, handling various objects (including in the art gallery), monitoring the garage club's car fleet, technical interventions for the Martin's Agora City Resort's occupants, as well as plumbing, carpentry and electrical work.
Responsibilities:
Take charge of and monitor technical interventions throughout the infrastructure.
Monitoring external service providers to ensure quality of service.
Carrying out minor repair and/or renovation work.
Handling furniture and miscellaneous objects, particularly in the art gallery.
Monitoring and maintaining the garage club's fleet of vehicles.
Carrying out technical work for the occupants of Martin's Agora City Resort.
Carrying out plumbing, joinery and electrical work as required.
Your profile
Team spirit, motivation and sense of responsibility.
Diverse technical skills and interests.
Fluency in French, ideally English, any other language would be an asset.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Sensitivity to tidiness and cleanliness and ability to structure tasks rigorously.
Self-taught with technical and IT skills.
Flexible and available for occasional presence at weekends or at the end of the day, depending on needs and emergencies.
