In this dynamic and international environment, we are looking for a Commis de Salle to strengthen our restaurant team.

You will work in a stimulating environment, in close contact with the world of high-level sport, within a close-knit and supportive team. You play an active role in ensuring smooth service and a high-quality guest experience within a well-established hotel group.

About the job

Under the supervision of the F&B Service Manager, you contribute to the smooth running of service and the quality of guest experience:

• Assisting with the setup of the restaurant
• Table setting and preparation
• Cleaning and maintaining the dining area
• Running food and clearing tables during service
• Supporting the service team and supervisors
• Transporting dishes between kitchen and restaurant
• Assisting with end-of-service clean-up and resetting of the room

Your profile

• You are friendly, dynamic and customer-oriented
• You enjoy teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
• You are proactive and have a good eye for detail
• You ideally have initial experience in horeca
• You are fluent in French and have basic knowledge of Dutch and/or English
