Would you like to leave your mark on the opening of the new extension of Martin’s Klooster hotel, right in the heart of Leuven?
We are looking for an Executive Chef for the launch of our contemporary bistro at Martin’s Klooster, scheduled to open in summer 2025.
The Role
As Executive Chef, you are responsible for organizing and delegating kitchen activities. You are the final authority in the kitchen, working closely with the F&B Manager to develop menus and create dishes.
You manage staff schedules and provide clear instructions. You place orders and check deliveries. You ensure compliance with current food regulations and are responsible for maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Strong communication with other departments is essential to ensure smooth collaboration with the Conference & Events and Banqueting services.
Your Profile
This position is intended for someone with solid prior experience as a Chef.
