The Role

As a Group & Events Coordinator, you report to the Groups & Events Manager.

Together, you organize meetings, group bookings, and events – from the first contact to invoicing.
You are the main point of contact for the client throughout the process, including during the event itself. You guide clients in planning, solve issues proactively, and ensure every event runs smoothly.

You prepare function sheets and make sure all departments are fully informed.

Your Profile

• You are dynamic, creative, and hands-on

• You have negotiation skills and a commercial mindset

• You are administratively strong and detail-oriented

• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
