Student job - kitchen help

For our hotel Martin’s Brussels EU in Brussels, we're looking for a student for the kitchen.

The student's main tasks will be :

• Helping to set up : cleaning, washing, peeling, cutting, chopping and cooking vegetables, preparing garnishes, etc.
• Assisting cooks during service
• Cleaning the kitchen and work equipment at the end of service

Your profile

• Culinary training (or first similar experience)
• Team spirit
• Serious, punctual and dynamic
• Willing to learn
• Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
