Within Martin's Hotels, Martin’s Agora City Resort is a unique living space combining accommodation, dining, and events in the heart of Louvain-la-Neuve. The Brasserie B’Comme offers authentic cuisine inspired by local products. To strengthen our passionate and dynamic team, we are looking for our future Breakfast Commis.

About the job

• Prepare the breakfast mise en place and set up the buffet
• Carry out baking of pastries and simple preparations
• Ensure replenishment and proper presentation of the buffet during service
• Follow HACCP procedures and hygiene standards
• Participate in kitchen cleaning and organization

About you

• First experience in a kitchen is an asset
• Motivated, dynamic, rigorous, and punctual
• Good team spirit and customer service mindset
• Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in early morning shifts
• Attention to detail and pride in well-executed work

What we offer

• Fixed schedule with no split shifts: 5 days/week (6:00 AM–2:00 PM, occasionally 8:00 AM–4:00 PM)
• Permanent contract after a fixed-term contract
