For this exciting new opening, we are looking for a Chef de Partie (M/F/X).

Your role in the team:
- You independently manage your station with precision and creativity
- You guide one or more commis chefs when needed
- You ensure refined, tasteful plates that meet the standards
- You oversee mise en place, stock control and cleanliness in your area

- You are organized, autonomous and have at least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- You enjoy working in a team and have a strong eye for detail and quality
- You want to grow in a high-end culinary setting?
