For this exciting new opening, we are looking for a Chef de Partie (M/F/X).

Your role in the team:

 

  • You independently manage your station with precision and creativity
  • You guide one or more commis chefs when needed
  • You ensure refined, tasteful plates that meet the standards
  • You oversee mise en place, stock control and cleanliness in your area

  • You are organized, autonomous and have at least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • You enjoy working in a team and have a strong eye for detail and quality
  • You want to grow in a high-end culinary setting?
