Commis de Cuisine (banquet)

For the banqueting service at Martin's Château du Lac, we are looking for a Commis de Cuisine. 

With its 23 modular meeting rooms, Martin's Château du Lac is the ideal venue for a wide range of seminars. The Martin's Château du Lac catering service delights guests with a wide range of formulas: cocktail dinners, sit-down dinners, tapas, VIP menus or seasonal buffets, it caters to every taste.

About the job

Managing mise en place and service in compliance with technical data sheets, procedures and hygiene standards.
You will be integrated into the brigade according to your skills.

Your profile

• You are dynamic, enthusiastic and punctual
• You are a team player
• You speak French
• You are flexible (direct and split shifts possible)
• You are a hotel school graduate and/or have 3 years' experience in the position.
