Commis de Cuisine
For Martin’s Rentmeesterij hotel in Bilzen, we are looking for a Commis de Cuisine m/f for our gastronomic restaurant AKKO and our culinary events.
The hotel is housed in a magnificent historic building from the 13th century, complemented by a contemporary wing. It overlooks a charming courtyard and vast wooded gardens, ideal for hosting events.
Restaurant Akko is a fine dining restaurant with a modern and intimate setting. It has been awarded a 13.5/20 rating in the Gault & Millau guide and is featured in several other culinary guides.
Chef de Cuisine Sébastien Oger views cooking as a smart combination of know-how, passion, and precision. He graduated from the Ilon-Saint-Jacques hotel school in Namur and gained experience in several Michelin-starred restaurants, including under Yves Mattagne and Wout Bru.
The Role
- Managing mise en place and service in accordance with technical data sheets, procedures, and hygiene standards.
Your Profile
- You are dynamic, flexible, and punctual.
- You have a strong team spirit.
- You speak French; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- You have a similar (first) experience.
