Would you like to leave your mark on the opening of the new extension of Martin’s Klooster hotel, in the heart of Leuven?
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for the launch of our contemporary bistro at Martin’s Klooster, scheduled to open in summer 2025.
The Role
You are the main point of contact in the restaurant: you greet guests with a smile, present the menu, advise them on wine pairings, and deliver that extra level of service that keeps them coming back. You lead and motivate your team daily and manage their schedule. You also monitor stock levels and place orders. In collaboration with the F&B Manager, you are responsible for the beverage menu, featuring carefully selected wines and original recommendations. You work closely with the chef to ensure perfect food and wine pairings. You also liaise with other departments to ensure smooth cooperation.
