The Brasserie B’Comme offers authentic cuisine inspired by local produce. To strengthen our passionate and dynamic team, we are looking for our future 1/2 Chef de Partie.
About the job
- Assist the Sous-Chef and/or Chef de Partie
- Prepare and set up cold dishes and/or desserts during service
- Manage your section: stock, hygiene, cleaning, and organisation
- Actively contribute to the evolution and creativity of the menu
- Develop your technical skills within an experienced kitchen brigade
About you
- First experience in a kitchen required
- Graduated from a hotel school or equivalent through experience
- Motivated, dynamic, rigorous, and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and pride in well-executed work
- Team spirit while being able to work independently
What we offer
- Fixed schedule, no split shifts: 5 days/week (14:30–22:30, sometimes 08:00–16:00)
- Permanent contract (CDI) after a fixed-term contract (CDD)
