The Brasserie B’Comme offers authentic cuisine inspired by local produce. To strengthen our passionate and dynamic team, we are looking for our future 1/2 Chef de Partie.

About the job

  • Assist the Sous-Chef and/or Chef de Partie
  • Prepare and set up cold dishes and/or desserts during service
  • Manage your section: stock, hygiene, cleaning, and organisation
  • Actively contribute to the evolution and creativity of the menu
  • Develop your technical skills within an experienced kitchen brigade

About you

  • First experience in a kitchen required
  • Graduated from a hotel school or equivalent through experience
  • Motivated, dynamic, rigorous, and punctual
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in well-executed work
  • Team spirit while being able to work independently

What we offer

  • Fixed schedule, no split shifts: 5 days/week (14:30–22:30, sometimes 08:00–16:00)
  • Permanent contract (CDI) after a fixed-term contract (CDD)
