Chef de Rang / Barman

In this dynamic and international environment, we are looking for a Chef de Rang / Bartender to strengthen the team at the Sports Bar & Grill.

You will work in a unique environment, in close contact with high-level sport, within a close-knit team and a stimulating professional setting. The role combines both restaurant service and bar work, offering a rewarding experience within a well-established hotel group.

About the job

At the heart of our Sports Bar & Grill, you deliver high-quality à la carte service in a friendly and sporty atmosphere:

• Setting up and preparing the dining room and bar
• Welcoming and serving guests (independently managing a section)
• À la carte service in the Sports Bar & Grill restaurant
• Preparing and serving beverages as a bartender
• Clearing tables, monitoring service flow and ensuring quality standards
• Collaborating with the team and supporting colleagues
• Actively contributing to a positive atmosphere and smooth service rhythm

Your profile

• You are friendly, dynamic and customer-oriented
• You enjoy teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
• You have proven experience in restaurant service, ideally as a Chef de Rang or in a similar role within the horeca sector.
• You are fluent in French and have basic knowledge of Dutch and/or English
• You are proactive, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility
