Join the unique world of Martin's Hotels at Martin's Red, located on the Proximus Basecamp in Tubize — a benchmark site for professional sports teams (Belgian Red Devils, international clubs, delegations, sports federations…).
In this dynamic and international environment, we are looking for a Chef de Rang / Bartender to strengthen the team at the Sports Bar & Grill.
You will work in a unique environment, in close contact with high-level sport, within a close-knit team and a stimulating professional setting. The role combines both restaurant service and bar work, offering a rewarding experience within a well-established hotel group.
About the job
At the heart of our Sports Bar & Grill, you deliver high-quality à la carte service in a friendly and sporty atmosphere:
- Setting up and preparing the dining room and bar
- Welcoming and serving guests (independently managing a section)
- À la carte service in the Sports Bar & Grill restaurant
- Preparing and serving beverages as a bartender
- Clearing tables, monitoring service flow and ensuring quality standards
- Collaborating with the team and supporting colleagues
- Actively contributing to a positive atmosphere and smooth service rhythm
Your profile
- You are friendly, dynamic and customer-oriented
- You enjoy teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
- You have proven experience in restaurant service, ideally as a Chef de Rang or in a similar role within the horeca sector.
- You are fluent in French and have basic knowledge of Dutch and/or English
- You are proactive, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility
