The Red’s Sports Bar & Grill

The Red's Sports Bar & Grill is the Martin's Red restaurant. It is open to one and all − customers, residents or occasional visitors − everyone who loves good food. It’s also the meeting place for influential people in the world of football (managers, journalists, ...). And it’s not uncommon to run into the football stars and young hopefuls. The Red's Sports Bar & Grill continuously broadcasts sports and football news. Its ideal location behind the hotel enables it to offer a 180° view on the facilities of the Belgian Football Center.

The menu

The restaurant menu proudly serves Belgian products and grilled meats and fish. Grilled salmon with chive-sorrel butter; ‘Tâche Noire’ steak tartare with basil; beef tagliata ‘BBB’; Holstein entrecote ... A salad menu and vegetarian alternatives are also offered, as well as desserts that include Belgian classics: from the real cheesecake of Tubize to café gourmand and chocolate mousse.
The bar menu offers antipasti, Belgian cheese plates, croque-monsieur and delicious hamburgers.

Stephan Pivato

The Chef of the Red’s Sports Bar & Grill

A graduate of the Liège Hotel School, Stephan Pivato has been in charge of kitchens for over 35 years. This chef of eclectic influences is accustomed to serving intimate gourmet tables − including the restaurants L’Amaranderie and Le Clos Saint Jacques. He has also directed several restaurant openings in hotel complexes.
