Before taking the helm at Curatio, the refined brasserie of Martin’s Klooster in Leuven, Christopher Oliver built his experience in several prestigious establishments in Brussels, Nice and across France. As Head Chef at Le Duc in the Hôtel Westminster, Sous-Chef at Lola in Brussels and Private Chef on the Côte d’Azur, he developed a culinary style that combines seasonal produce with generosity and refinement.

Driven by a passion for French cuisine and a keen eye for detail, he enjoys revisiting the classics with creativity while highlighting the natural simplicity of quality ingredients. At the head of Curatio, Christopher Oliver brings a new energy to a contemporary and welcoming brasserie.
