Meet Olivier Grégoire, the heart and soul of B'Comme
Before taking over at B’Comme restaurant in Louvain-la-Neuve, Olivier Grégoire worked in three leading Brussels kitchens. He was also chef at Genval.LesBains, Martin's Château du Lac’s acclaimed restaurant. This wealth of experience has reinforced his love of fresh, local produce and authentic flavours. It’s a passion that drives him to create stunning flavours from quality produce – there are no tricks, just sublime know-how.
